How did you become an Inspirational Success & Life Coach?

To answer this question, it probably bests that I share with you a defining moment, and a resulting “compelling story”, that brought me to where I am today – coaching people like you on exactly what to do to go after their dreams and visions and keep striving for the best life has to offer. That defining moment in my life happened in 1996.

A few years prior I was for sure going to go to law school, but that didn't pan out…. my stepfather left my mother and all of the “for sure plans,” and my entire future went out the window… I grew up really poor in Russia with my sister who was 13 years younger. My mom expected me to work and contribute and pay the bills and raise my sister, so I grew up fast. It’s funny because from a young age I always thought to myself “I have nothing to lose.” So when I didn’t get accepted into law school, and my life plan changed dramatically, I went into engineering got a degree and then left home and went to work on the cruise ship when I was 20 yrs old. I didn't know English very well and I worked as a dishwasher …. and I thought I can do better than this.

So what do I have to lose right? I moved up the ladder and became a waitress. Eventually, I met my husband on a cruise ship. We had this epic love story for 12 days…and he left. I didn't think I would ever see him again and surprisingly he came back and prosed and invited me to come back to the USA to live with him and start our life together over there.
Remember…

I could barely speak English; I couldn't even drive a car.

My mother in law was pushing me to get a job and drivers license and everything was really new to me. Still, I thought to myself what do I have to lose?

I remember always being afraid. I worked at a grocery store. I started taking on more and more, I worked as a waitress. I learned how to decorate cakes and opened a cake decorating classes/business. So I did that for a while hopping around to different grocery stores, teaching classes and having fun with that. One day someone came into the restaurant and showed me a real estate license and said it could be good for me. So I jumped in with both feet and became a successful real estate agent. I always thought I can do more, what can I do better? I would meet people, they would hear my story and ask me: "HOW did you have so much success and courage in your life?" They would hear about this poor little girl who didn't speak English from Russia achieve success, and they all told me my story inspired them - inspired these women to get going after their dreams and just START!!!

I cleaned up my inner world and my fear and became a confident successful woman and started teaching women and other women entrepreneurs how they can do the same: I watched their confidence SKYROCKET too!

I am a full-time Realtor and I love my job. I know it is possible to have a fulfilling career and life. I love helping people.
I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my life to helping other women and self-employed entrepreneurs breakthrough their inner blocks, make more money and have the FREEDOM to create the life and business they’ve always dreamed of.

Since then, I ’ve worked with private clients and spoken in front of the groups. I live my dream of inspiring people to live theirs and not let fear and doubt stop them! I am a member of Train the Trainer with Jack Canfield movement and Les Brown Institute. I believe you can always learn more and you need to surround yourself with the positive thinkers and inspirational coaches no matter what level you are in your life.
